When You Purchase My Work, You Own:

  • The physical artwork itself

  • The right to display it privately in your home or office

  • The right to resell the physical artwork

I Retain All Rights To:

  • Image reproduction and photography

  • Commercial licensing

  • Digital reproduction

  • Creation of prints or merchandise

  • Creation of derivative works

  • Public display rights for promotional purposes

What Collectors Cannot Do:

  • Reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes

  • Create merchandise or products featuring the artwork

  • Sell or license digital reproductions

  • Create derivative works based on the artwork

  • Claim copyright ownership

Note: You may photograph your artwork for insurance, appraisal, or personal documentation purposes, but may not publish or distribute those images without permission.

My artwork may NOT be used to:

✗ Scrape, download, or collect through automated bots
✗ Data mining or automated harvesting

This prohibition applies to all past, present, and future works.

Why This Matters:

AI training on copyrighted artwork without permission violates my intellectual property rights. If you're developing AI systems or datasets, my work is not available for this use.

FAIR USE

Limited use for the following purposes may qualify as fair use under U.S. copyright law:
